We will collect needed information, such as CV’s, photos, biography’s, disclosures and presentations and will help coordinate their transportation, hotels, expense reimbursements, honorarium payments and related tax forms.
Attendee & Registrant Support
We offer your Attendees and Registrants support beyond your imagination. Attendees can register online through your event website, by calling our Conference Registration hotline or sending email our support team. Our office is here to support you before, during and after your meeting -- and we offer service hours beyond your expectations (6a Pacific - 8pm Eastern & weekends during online events). Your on-site team is also available during all planned activities of your in-person meeting.
