We Collect Information About You:
For each visitor, our web server automatically recognizes only the user’s domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at our websites or our meetings, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the websites, or otherwise contacting us, whether through our websites or through apps such as Facebook Messenger.

The personal information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the websites, and may consist of: first and last name, address, phone number, email address(es), postal address, job title, work affiliation, etc.

We reserve the right to collect email addresses of users who communicate with us via email, email addresses of users posting in chat areas or in article/blog comments, email addresses volunteered through surveys, site and/or content or event registration, and e-communication sign-up.

We also reserve the right to collect aggregate information about websites users’ access or visit.  We may collect information through our apps regarding your geo-location, mobile device, push notifications and permissions when using our social media integrations. The information we collect is used to directly improve the content of our websites.

We Collect Information About Payments:
We collect payment data necessary to process payment if you make purchases such as your payment instrument number (such as a credit card number) and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by our payment processor and you should review its privacy policies and contact the payment processor directly to respond to your questions.  Well-Assembled Meetings does not store payment information in its servers and our staff does not have access to payment instrument numbers.

We Collect Information about your computer:
We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to access and store information. Cookies are used to store user preferences. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interest (“Business Purposes”). You will only be contacted by us if you have registered to receive our email communications and/or other content requiring the registration of contact information such as a webinar or event. You can unsubscribe from the e-communications and/or other contents at any time by emailing clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the e-communications or contacting us directly.

We reserve the right to share collected email addresses with other reputable organizations or affiliated meetings whose products and services may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to share your information with other companies or organizations, please contact us. Your information will NOT be shared unless you are registered to receive the e-communications and/or have registered your contact information for content requiring your information.

When you register for events or content, we may share your personal information with the Sponsor(s) (for the purposes of this Policy, content; means an online event and the materials therein including webinar, video or downloadable white paper or other written content and means someone who sponsors and/or has provided educational support for the content in exchange for brand promotion, thought leadership opportunities, and/or the leads generated from the content audience where applicable.) The Sponsor may contact you for such purposes as replying to your queries, improving their services, conducting surveys, or to deliver promotional material to you. Sponsors receiving personal information from us do not have any independent right to share this information. In registering for content, you agree that your personal and other information may be shared with the Sponsor and we encourage you to review the Sponsor’s own Privacy Policy to ensure you are satisfied with the provisions. Except as previously stated, we do not control the activities of Sponsors in the control and protection of personal information.

Postal addresses or telephone contact information supplied for specific information may be used to provide users with the information requested or communications from Sponsors for educational and/or promotional purposes

We reserve the right to use visitor information for new and/or unanticipated uses not previously described by the terms of service. In the event of a policy change, the terms and conditions of Well-Assembled Meetings & Associations and associated/affiliated websites will be updated accordingly. Information used for new purposes will only be collected after the announced policy change is in effect (e.g., user information from before a policy change will be protected by the original policies).

Inaccuracies in user information will be corrected upon request.

Ad Servers:
We may partner with and/or have special affiliation with ad server companies.

Security:
When sensitive information, such as financial or health information, is processed, users are redirected to a secure server, indicated by a pop-up window. All transactions / sales are processed through Authorize.net with secure servers.
