Well-Assembled Meetings™ was founded more than 20 years ago in 1998 by Julie Vissers. Julie recognized a need for small to medium medical meeting management and has excelled at providing excellent services to this meeting category. Last year WAM produced over 45 medical conferences across the US and Internationally. In 2019 the WAM team is expected to produce more than 55 conferences.

Well-Assembled Meetings™ is based out of Portland, Oregon and annually over 4500 people attend WAM managed events for continuing medical education credits, networking and knowledge sharing. At the heart of WAM is a community of Medical Professionals sharing personal experiences and knowledge to make the world of medicine a little less magic and a lot more scientific.
